Your Responsibilities

Support of Post Market Quality team (processing of product complaints) for Medical Division:

• Monitor the interface between the source systems and the global complaint management system and take action in case of interface errors
• Process product complaint in the complaint management system
• Process inbound and outbound of complaint items
• Monitor actions assigned to subsidiaries in the EMEA region or manufacturing sites globally
• Create and improve complaint monitoring and reports
• Follow up on improvement activities of the complaint processing

Your Qualifications

• Student of Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management or another technical or scientific branch of study
• Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements regarding complaint handling in the field of medical devices
• Basic knowledge of quality management methods
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good command of English
• Team player
• Good communication skills (collaborative approach) and open-mindedness
