HR IT Support (f/m/d) - SAP SuccessFactors

Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the technical design new interfaces or changes to drive the development of the current HR system landscape (e.g. Interfaces to Payroll, time terminals, master data, organisational changes)
  • You will work closely with all involved internal stakeholders to confirm and align system requirements
  • You will coordinate and support the system testing as well in admin trainings
  • You will check and correct reported system errors


Your profile

  • You bring at least 4 years' professional experience in consulting or in a multinational company with a focus on interfaces for IT systems for the HR sector incl. project management
  • You are experienced in designing and developing integrations in a complex corporate environment
  • You have a good understanding of the data model in SuccessFactors
  • You have extensive knowledge of creating and enhancing integrations (including SuccessFactors, Cloud platform integration (CPI) Connectors, JSON, XML, REST/oData APIs, Web Services, SFTP)
  • You love to work independently, innovative and with a high customer focus
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
